How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. We authorize your card to keep bots out, but you are not charged a cent until the trial ends — and you can cancel in one tap before then.
What counts as a comment?
Any comment or DM Signalbox ingests, reads, and classifies across your connected accounts. Replies you send don't count against your quota.
What happens if I go over my comment limit?
Nothing breaks. We keep reading every comment and simply bill a small overage per 1,000 extra comments, based on your plan. You'll see it clearly before it's charged.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrade or downgrade from settings and we prorate the difference automatically — no calls, no contracts.
